Cancellation and Refund: We enforce a strict no cancellation and no refund policy under any circumstances.

 

Abandoned Orders: If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up their order within 90 days of the shipping date, we reserve the right to consider the order abandoned. In such cases, we retain the right to sell, dispose of, or utilize the order as deemed appropriate, without refunding any payments made.

 

Responsibility for Delays: Loox Lighting  will not be held responsible for any unavoidable delays in the delivery of ordered items.
